Neft Our Founder
Neft leads the vision, direction, and growth of Latinos Outdoor Design. He brings together creativity, craftsmanship, business leadership, and a deep commitment to building outdoor spaces that are designed with purpose and built to last. His role includes overseeing the company’s overall operations, design-build standards, project quality, team leadership, and long-term development. From the first idea to the final detail, he helps ensure every project reflects the company’s commitment to quality, integrity, and craftsmanship.
Business Manager
Bridget Business Manager
As Business Manager, Bridget oversees the financial and administrative side of Latinos Outdoor Design. Her role is to help ensure the business operates responsibly, stays organized, remains properly insured, and stays focused on its financial goals. She monitors budgets, expenses, payments, insurance policies, business documents, and overall financial planning. She works closely with the team to make sure projects are managed within budget and that the company has the proper coverage, documentation, and resources in place.
Outdoor Manager
Daniel Outdoor Manager
Daniel leads our field operations, overseeing crews and job sites from start to finish. He makes sure the work is performed according to the approved plans, materials and installation standards are followed, and every detail is completed with care. His focus is simple: keep the crew organized, keep the job moving, and make sure the finished work meets the Latinos standard of quality.
Office Manager
Emely Office Manager
Keeps the heart of our office organized and running smoothly. Oversees office operations, files, records, and documentation while making sure information is accurate, up to date, and compliant. Works closely with the front desk and team to coordinate client follow-ups, communication, and daily administrative needs—making sure no important detail gets overlooked.
Outdoor Coordinator
Solenny Outdoor Coordinator
Solenny's she coordinates the many details that keep each project moving smoothly—from schedules, crews, materials, deliveries, and project requirements to customer communication and follow-ups. Most importantly, she keeps the customer at the center of the process. She makes sure customers are informed, their questions are followed up on, and the commitments we make are carried through.
