Neftali B. established LATINOS LANDSCAPING DESIGN in 2013 driven by a deep passion for crafting stunning outdoor environments. Neftali oversees all aspects of the business, including its growth, stability, direction, and day-to-day operations. Committed to delivering top-notch services, Neftali ensures that the company consistently provides the highest quality experiences for its clients.

Bridget B. also serves as the Office Manager at Latino's Office, where she holds responsibility for supervising the activities of both employees and customers. Bridget efficiently controls and directs personnel and activities, ensuring smooth organizational operations across all aspects of the business.

Zam assist in coordinating the use of resources such as labor, equipment, and materials to ensure maximum use and completion of work within safety guidelines and quality standards. In addition, he is a  supervisor to guide and mentor field staff and assist them in carrying out their duties.

Daniel is responsible for leading the Lawn Service team, overseeing landscaping, and maintenance tasks. He ensures that all work conducted at each property is completed to the highest standards. Daniel also plays a crucial role in training and instructing new crew members, ensuring they understand the proper use of landscape equipment, maintenance practices, and safety procedures.
